Laborer/Operator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of labor-intensive tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks on the job site. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required. Basic mechanical skills for operating machinery and performing maintenance tasks. Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with colleagues.
