We're seeking motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize safety, and are eager to develop their skills in construction operations. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. We travel from job to job most lasting one to two days , so saw cut, break, excavate, haul off, backfill and pour back concrete of various widths and lengths, for petroleum lines and private electric lines. Duties Operate construction machinery including loaders, excavators, dump trucks, and pouring concrete with precision and adherence to safety procedures Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment such as Caterpillar and Kubota machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance Assist with excavation, grading, and utility locating tasks to support construction site activities Drive commercial trucks safely across various job sites following federal construction safety regulations and transportation laws Support construction utility work by installing, repairing, or maintaining underground utilities in accordance with safety standards Follow all equipment safety procedures and construction site safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment Collaborate with team members to execute construction projects efficiently while maintaining high safety standards Experience Prior experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, or dump trucks is highly preferred Knowledge of construction machinery maintenance and mechanical systems is a strong plus Demonstrated ability to perform excavation, grading, paving, or utility work on construction sites Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures Construction site experience with an understanding of utility locating and heavy equipment operation Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or experience in commercial truck driving is advantageous Basic mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Concrete knowledge is a plus Join us in building the future!
