Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to support residential renovation projects. Reporting to the Crew Leader, this role will assist with installing windows, doors, and decks, along with other construction tasks. The position involves local travel between jobsites, offers pay based on experience, and provides opportunities for skilled trade training and progression to Lead Laborer. We provide all the transportation to the job sites. Responsibilities Prepare residential renovation worksites for construction activities Handle, move, and organize construction materials Assist with window and door installation Support deck construction and related projects Operate hand tools and power tools as directed Remove debris and maintain clean, organized worksites Follow jobsite safety requirements and procedures Travel locally between jobsites as needed in company vehicle Accurately read a tape measure Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor tasks Ability to work well in a team environment Willing to learn and take direction from job supervisor Preferred Qualifications One or more years of construction labor experience High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Knowledge of construction materials
