Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects by performing a range of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of each job. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently. Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
