Overview Join our dynamic construction clean-up crew and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient. And although our home base is located in Sibley, MO we serve builders in several different communities such as Blue Springs, Lee's Summit, Liberty, Overland Park, KS and surrounding areas. As a key team member, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing sites, handling materials, and supporting safety protocols to uphold high standards of workplace safety and quality. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute directly to the successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities Remove debris and excess materials from construction sites to maintain a clean and safe environment Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting tasks safely, adhering to proper ergonomic practices Support implementation of OSHA safety standards and construction safety regulations at all times Operate power tools and equipment safely for site cleanup tasks, when necessary Ensure that all company property, tools and equipment are properly maintained and retained (not left at job sites) Skills Common knowledge of construction workplace safety, and/or the willingness and capability to learn. Critical thinking and problem solving skills Strong manual handling skills with an emphasis on safe heavy lifting practices. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. without injury to one's self or others. Willingness and ability to follow instructions and protocols consistently Ability to work effectively in a team while maintaining high safety standards and personal responsibility of one's work and actions This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to large-scale construction projects while ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
