We are hiring Construction Laborers with experience or interest in a variety of skilled trades including framing, electrical, plumbing, finish work, roofing, and modular assembly. This posting is designed for candidates with construction experience across multiple disciplines. Applicants may be considered for placement in several departments based on experience, skill set, and production needs. What You'll Do Assist in the construction and assembly of commercial modular buildings Perform work related to framing, electrical, plumbing, interior finish, exterior finish, roofing, or general assembly Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and build specifications Install construction materials, fixtures, components, and systems Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively Maintain quality standards throughout the production process Follow OSHA safety procedures and company policies Work collaboratively with multiple departments and trade teams Examples of Trade Areas You May Be Assigned To Metal stud framing Commercial electrical installation Commercial plumbing systems Interior finish and trim work Exterior siding, windows, and doors TPO or metal roofing systems Modular assembly and multi-trade production work What We're Looking For Construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades experience preferred Experience in commercial, residential, or modular construction is a plus Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings preferred Comfortable working with tools and production equipment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail and safety Willingness to learn and cross-train across departments
