Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, and setting up traffic control measures to ensure safety during application processes Mix and apply sealcoating materials efficiently using spray or squeegee methods to ensure even coverage and durability Paint parking lot lines, curbs, and other striping details with precision using specialized equipment Follow all safety protocols and construction site procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Experience Prior experience in construction or paving projects is highly preferred; familiarity with asphalt maintenance is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards Strong teamwork skills with the willingness to learn new skills related to sealcoating, striping, and heavy equipment operation Basic understanding of construction site protocols and safety regulations related to asphalt paving and maintenance Join us in creating safer, more attractive pavement surfaces!
