Job Overview Join our team as a Laborer / Operator, where you will play a vital role in supporting operational efficiency and safety across our site. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with equipment, assist in daily site activities, and contribute to a productive and safe environment. You'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring that operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Operate various machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to support daily operations Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or products around the site Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal functioning Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately Support team members in completing operational tasks and maintaining a clean work environment Participate in site inspections and help enforce safety regulations at all times Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines Experience Prior experience operating construction or industrial equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety procedures consistently Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Good communication skills to effectively work within a team environment Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and practices CDL is a plus!! Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
