Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of hands-on tasks that are essential to the successful completion of construction projects. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure safety, efficiency, and quality on every site. All work performed is paid, and we prioritize safety and teamwork at every step. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, finishing, and formwork construction Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project specifications accurately Install rebar, metal studs, framing, and formwork according to detailed plans and safety standards Conduct concrete work including pouring, finishing, cutting, and sealing surfaces; operate concrete pumps and mixers as needed Support masonry, stucco application, roofing, tile laying, plastering, caulking, and restoration tasks to meet project requirements Adhere strictly to construction workplace safety regulations by wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), following protocols for heavy lifting, heavy equipment operation, and working at heights Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans for accurate execution of tasks Proficiency in concrete forming, finishing techniques including concrete pumping and cutting Knowledge of construction estimating processes for material needs and project timelines Skilled in rebar installation, metal stud framing, masonry work, roofing techniques, and flooring installation Ability to interpret blueprint specifications accurately for diverse construction activities Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and best practices for hazard prevention Join our team if you're eager to build a rewarding career in construction!
