Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various construction projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and the execution of building tasks. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will contribute to efficient project completion and a safe working environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades and work on diverse construction sites. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Support carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and roofing Help with concrete work including rebar installation, formwork construction, concrete pouring, finishing, and stucco application Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans and schematics Perform heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, concrete blocks, rebar, and other building supplies Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance at all times Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus Knowledge of heavy equipment operation or commercial driving is advantageous Hands-on experience with masonry, metal stud framing, flooring installation, tile laying, or restoration projects is beneficial Ability to read blueprints and interpret schematic diagrams accurately Understanding of construction safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools Join our team if you're eager to build your career in the construction industry!
