Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Support carpentry activities including framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and formwork construction Help with concrete work such as rebar installation, concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans and specifications Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks required for renovation, restoration, masonry, roofing, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and other trades Qualifications Proven experience working on construction projects or in a related trade environment Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are highly desirable Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and heavy equipment operation Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming and finishing, framing carpentry (including metal stud framing), drywall installation, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry, welding, roofing, tile laying or flooring is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is a plus Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills Embark on a rewarding career where your contributions help shape communities!
