Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Construction workers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry, working on industrial projects and developing valuable skills. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, prioritize workplace safety, and contribute to various construction tasks under the supervision of experienced professionals. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Support the installation of siding, drywall, windows, and other building components. Operate power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. Read and interpret construction plans to understand project requirements. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times. Learn and follow industry best practices related to industrial construction processes. Requirements Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures related to construction sites. Prior experience or familiarity with industrial construction is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to read and understand construction plans. Comfort using power tools and performing manual labor tasks such as siding, drywall installation, and window setting. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Physical ability to perform demanding tasks typical of construction work.
