Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hard-working General Laborers to join our Grade Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks at construction sites or plant/pit locations. Persons shall be able to work safely and follow all company policies. Measures distance from grade stakes, drives stakes & stretches tight line. Uses various power and hand tools. Bolts, nails, aligns and blocks up under forms. Signals operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications. Levels earth using pick or shovel. Performs flagging duties as needed. May operate small equipment including bobcat, tractor, or roller or move from one site to another. Persons shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a valid state driver's license and have an acceptable driving record, per Knife River Fleet policy. Regular attendance required. Willing to travel within Montana and surrounding areas.
