Landscape Construction Crew Member

Overview Join our landscape construction team as a Landscape Construction Crew Member and be part of transforming outdoor spaces into stunning, functional environments! In this energetic role, you'll work hands-on with a variety of construction projects, from installing hardscapes and planting lush greenery to executing precise concrete finishing and masonry work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape construction while contributing to beautiful, lasting landscapes. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, you'll find a supportive environment that values your enthusiasm and dedication. Work week is typically Monday through Friday. Schedule can vary due to weather. We will get rained out. Those who like to put their headphones in and get a sweat while being in the outdoors excel in the positio. We don't clock out for lunch so a typical day's schedule is 8-4. Responsibilities Install various landscape features including fencing, irrigation, plants, rocks, edging and any other pertinent features. Use power tools and machinery. Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to landscape construction. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems related to landscape features is a plus. Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites to prevent accidents. Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely. This role is paid — we value every contribution you make toward creating exceptional outdoor spaces!
