Construction Laborer / Crew Member 406 Built LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking construction laborers to assist our crews with residential and commercial exterior construction projects. This position supports skilled crew members while gaining hands-on experience in multiple areas of construction. Job Duties Assist with roofing installation, repairs, tear-offs, and cleanup Assist with siding installation and removal Help build and repair decks Assist with residential and commercial fencing projects Load, unload, organize, and transport construction materials Set up and clean job sites Safely use basic hand and power tools Assist experienced crew members with measurements, cutting, fastening, and installation Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Follow company and job-site safety procedures Perform other general construction duties as assigned Qualifications Construction experience is preferred but not required. Applicants should be dependable, willing to learn, able to work as part of a team, and comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work. Must be able to lift construction materials and work on ladders, roofs, and elevated areas when properly trained and equipped.
