Position Overview:
We are looking for dependable laborers who want to build a long-term career in the stable field of construction. This full-time position involves hands-on truss assembly in our Fairfield facility and offers steady work, room to grow, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble roof trusses according to specifications. Handle, bend, and lift lumber and materials throughout the production process. Use basic tools and equipment safely and effectively. Follow work orders, quality standards, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. Able to bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Available to work 40 hours per week. Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Construction or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay:
$18-$40 per hour, depending on experience.
Full-time schedule:
