Ag Loan Officer Successful rural Montana Bank is in need of a friendly and professional Ag Loan Officer to add to their talented team in Fairfield, MT. Fairfield is a rural town in Western Montana surrounded by 83,000 acres of farmland. It is known to be a trade center for Montana's farming community. Fairfield is a safe, family-friendly town with award winning schools and ample outdoor recreation activities. If you have a passion for the outdoors, this area offers a wide range of opportunities to fish, hike, bike, camp, swim, hunt, kayak and boat.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Maintain a working knowledge of all bank products and services. Grow your in-house loan portfolio. Identify and develop profitable relationships with potential new customers by maintaining aggressive call schedule. Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to other departments or affiliate banks. Assist in identifying and implementing new products and services. Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers. Obtain loan applications, properly counsel applicants, analyze financial and related data, determine appropriate pricing and loan structure and make appropriate loan decisions. Maintain high service standards for all customers.
