Construction Worker

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. As a Laborer/Helper, you will assist in various construction and maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Duties:

• Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and electricians in their daily tasks
• Perform general labor duties including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning
• Assist with the installation of doors, windows, and glass
• Help with concrete finishing and restoration projects
• Operate heavy equipment under the supervision of trained operators
• Perform basic trim carpentry tasks
• Assist with construction painting as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Basic knowledge of masonry, electrical work, and concrete finishing techniques is a plus
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Willingness to learn and take direction from skilled workers
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment Please note that this position may require working in various weather conditions and at different job sites.
