Now through approximately the end of 2026 Looking for a Solid Job Through the Busy Season? NSL Seamless Gutters is hiring a Seasonal Gutter Installer / Construction Laborer to join our crew for one of our busiest times of the year. If you like working with your hands, being outside, staying active, and actually being able to see what you accomplished at the end of the day, this could be a great fit. We have a strong workload through the end of the year, with regular overtime available . Strong performers may also have the opportunity to continue through the winter depending on workload or return for the 2027 season . You do not need previous gutter experience. Construction, roofing, carpentry, sheet metal, or other hands-on trade experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention, and wants to learn. The Work You'll be part of a crew installing custom gutter and drainage systems throughout the Flathead Valley. A large portion of our projects are high-end custom homes , so this is not just basic construction labor. Our work needs to look clean, fit correctly, and be done with attention to detail. You'll learn how to: Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and related exterior systems Measure, cut, fabricate, and install materials Use hand and power tools Work safely from ladders and roofs Set up and move extension ladders Solve problems and work through different installation challenges Work around finished homes without damaging exterior surfaces Keep job sites, trucks, and equipment clean and organized Work as part of a crew and communicate with homeowners and contractors You'll be working outside in Montana weather, including sunshine, heat, cold, rain, and light snow. What We're Looking For We're less concerned about having years of gutter experience and more concerned about finding someone who can become a strong part of the crew.
You should be:
Reliable and able to show up on time Willing to work hard and stay productive Detail-oriented and proud of the work you put your name on Comfortable working at heights and on roofs Willing to learn and take direction Able to safely handle a 28-foot extension ladder Able to regularly lift and carry 80-100 lbs Professional around customers and high-end properties Able to work full-time Monday through Friday with flexible end times Willing to work overtime when needed Construction or trade experience is preferred, but the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
You must also have:
