Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Duties Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist with the assembly and installation of structures or equipment. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Skilled? Welding, framing, steel erection - bring your experience! New to the trade? We'll train you! Requirements Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to strict safety guidelines.
