Duties Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, flooring, tile laying, and masonry work Install building materials including windows, doors, cabinets, trim carpentry components, and stucco finishes Support concrete forming, finishing, and masonry projects with precision and attention to detail Conduct construction inspection tasks by interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accuracy Perform outdoor hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and landscaping features (hardscape) Follow safety protocols diligently while working with electrical systems, plumbing installations, roofing materials, welding equipment, and other specialized trades Requirement No experiences is nessasary but it will move u to the top of the list Proven construction experience with knowledge of building construction processes and site management Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans effectively Proficiency with hand tools, power tools (including saws and drills), and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable Familiarity with various trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry), drywall installation, flooring installation (including tile laying), plastering, caulking, stucco application, masonry work, welding basics, roofing techniques, electrical experience or plumbing knowledge is a plus Outdoor work experience in diverse weather conditions with a focus on safety protocol adherence Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor over extended periods Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to support precise installation of building components Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in construction management or estimating when applicable Join us today to build incredible structures while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
