This is a hands-on construction position assisting with a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. No specialized experience is required — we will train the right person on the work and equipment involved.

Job duties may include:

Caulking and sealant work Assisting with epoxy flooring installation Light demolition and removal work Pressure washing and surface preparation General maintenance and cleanup Assisting skilled workers with various repair tasks Using basic hand and power tools

Qualifications:

Dependable and willing to work Able to perform physical labor and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors and in a parking garage environment Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is helpful but not required Construction or maintenance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train Must be able to follow directions and work safely as part of a crew This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on construction experience.
