Job Description

Rush Masonry Management is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our masonry crew. If you're ready to work with your hands, learn a skilled trade, and build a long-term career in construction, we want to hear from you. As a Masonry & Construction Laborer, you'll work alongside experienced masons, assisting with material handling, job site preparation, cleanup, mixing mortar, stocking materials, and other essential tasks that keep our projects running safely and efficiently.

Starting Pay:

$17.20/hour We operate on a merit-based pay system , meaning reliability, work ethic, attendance, and performance are rewarded with opportunities for raises and advancement.

Construction or masonry experience is preferred, but we're willing to train motivated individuals who show up ready to work and learn.

Requirements:

Must be able to access military installations (no felony convictions within the past 7-10 years). Must possess a valid Driver's License or REAL ID (licenses marked "Not for Federal Identification" are not accepted for base access). Must have a birth certificate or Social Security card that matches the name on your Driver's License or passport. Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard every day.

Schedule:

Full-Time Monday-Friday 40 hours per week Overtime available (weather permitting) We invest in employees who invest in themselves.
