Overview We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assembling and constructing various wooden components according to specifications. This is a vital role in our organization, as your craftsmanship and attention to detail will contribute to the overall quality of our finished products. 1st shift: 7am to 3pm & 2nd shift : 4:00pm - 12:00pm Monday - Friday. Some Saturdays as needed.

Pay rate:

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine assembly procedures. Measure and cut wooden materials to the required dimensions. Assemble wooden components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Ensure the accuracy and quality of the assembled products. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations. Skills and Experience Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions. Proven experience as a Wood Assembler or similar role. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials. Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols.
