Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and other equipment safely and effectively Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to support accurate execution of tasks Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to ensure durable structures Install rebar, metal stud framing, masonry elements, and perform plastering or stucco work as needed Support heavy lifting activities and assist with concrete pumping and concrete cutting operations Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Skills Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating processes Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings Experience with concrete forming, concrete finishing, and concrete pouring techniques Knowledge of masonry, stucco application, trim carpentry, caulking, and renovation work Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and other construction equipment safely Proficiency in rebar installation, metal stud framing, formwork construction, and concrete cutting Understanding of construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocol standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
