We are hiring a dependable, hardworking Construction Site Laborer to help us maintain clean, safe, organized, and professional job sites. Liberty Homes typically has approximately 18 homes under construction, managed by three project managers. This employee will travel between active job sites and complete assigned cleanup, organization, and basic site- maintenance tasks. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their work, follows through on assignments, and can work independently without constant supervision. Primary Responsibilities  Sweep houses, garages, porches, and other work areas  Collect exterior trash and place it in job-site dumpsters  Keep streets, sidewalks, neighboring lots, and common areas free of construction debris  Stack and organize usable building materials  Repair and maintain silt fencing  Trim weeds and perform basic grounds cleanup  Identify and report unsafe conditions, damaged materials, overflowing dumpsters, water intrusion, illegal dumping, or other concerns  Take before-and-after photographs when requested  Travel between active Liberty Homes job sites according to assigned priorities  Assist project managers with other reasonable job-site support tasks Important accountability standard This position supports our project managers and subcontractors, but it does not replace each subcontractor's responsibility to clean up after its work. What We Are Looking For  Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic  Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks  Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record  Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between job sites during the workday  Ability to communicate clearly with multiple project managers  Ability to manage changing priorities  Professional behavior around clients, homeowners, subcontractors, inspectors, and neighbors  Ability to use a smartphone for calls, text messages, photographs, and basic job-tracking applications  Construction, landscaping, maintenance, warehouse, or material-handling experience is helpful but not required  Basic familiarity with hand tools and construction-site safety is preferred Physical Requirements  Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, humidity, light rain, dust, and mud  Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, sweep, push, pull, and carry materials  Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds  Ability to work on uneven terrain and around active residential construction Schedule  Full time Liberty Homes | Residential Construction Site Laborer  Primarily Monday through Friday  Daytime hours  Occasional additional hours may be required based on construction needs Compensation  $19.00 to $22.00 per hour  Starting pay will be based on experience, dependability, driving record, and ability to work independently  Opportunity for a performance and compensation review after the first 90 days What Success Looks Like  Assigned job sites are clean, safe, and organized  Materials are properly stacked and protected  Tasks and assigned routes are completed on schedule  Safety concerns are corrected or reported immediately  Job sites consistently reflect the standards of a professional custom home builder Liberty Homes is an equal opportunity employer.
