Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction management, and the ability to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing your team effectively while adhering to safety regulations and project specifications. Duties Supervise and lead a team of construction workers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards in all aspects of construction. Understand compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct regular meetings with the crew to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide training as needed. Collaborate with cpnstruction managers and other stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of budgeting processes related to construction projects. Familiarity with OSHA standards and commitment to maintaining safety on-site. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
