Septic Laborer Mountaineer Pumping is looking for a dependable, hardworking Septic Laborer to join our team. This is an as-needed position based on the jobs coming in, so hours may vary and this is not a standard 8-5 position. We are looking for someone who is flexible and ready to work when our customers need us. Job Responsibilities

• Assist with septic tank pumping and septic service jobs
• Help locate and dig septic tanks
• Pull, handle, and properly store septic hoses on and off the pump truck
• Assist with septic line repairs and replacements
• Help with general septic system maintenance
• Serve as a spotter when operating trucks and equipment on job sites
• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling tools and equipment
• Help with basic maintenance and upkeep of company trucks and equipment
• Keep work areas, trucks, hoses, and equipment clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team What We're Looking For
• Reliable and dependable
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Not afraid to work hard and get dirty
• Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions
• Willing to dig, lift, carry hoses, and perform physical labor
• Able to follow directions and work safely around heavy equipment and trucks
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous septic, plumbing, construction, landscaping, or equipment experience is a plus, but not required Important to Know This job can involve mud, dirt, water, digging, heavy hoses, outdoor conditions, and physical labor.

We need someone who understands that septic work isn't always clean or predictable. Hours are based on the work we have scheduled and may include different days and times depending on customer needs. This is a good opportunity for someone looking for flexible, hands-on work who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
