Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely around the site Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople with their tasks as needed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Operate basic power tools and equipment under supervision while adhering to safety standards Help with site cleanup and waste removal to keep the work area organized and hazard-free Participate in routine inspections to identify potential safety issues or hazards Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction sites Reliable transportation to job sites as needed Join us in building something great!
