Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude At least 3 months of previous line cook experience preferred Culinary degree or hotel kitchen experience is a plus Solid foundation in basic cooking techniques Ability to work a single station and prepare buffet-style meals Genuine desire to serve others and contribute to a collaborative kitchen Comfortable standing for extended periods Self-motivated and able to work independently ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred 🕔
