In this role, you will be an essential contributor to various industrial construction projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and the installation of structural components. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to safety and quality. Duties Interpret and follow construction plans and technical drawings to assist with project execution Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Operate power tools and machinery, including drills, saws, and other construction equipment Assist with erosion control measures to protect the environment and maintain site stability Conduct routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure operational safety and efficiency Implement workplace safety protocols in compliance with OSHA safety standards and construction safety regulations Climb ladders, scaffolding, or other structures as needed for installation or inspection tasks Support the implementation of erosion control methods and ensure adherence to environmental guidelines Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and productivity on site Requirements Proven industrial construction experience with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations Ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and troubleshooting Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and the implementation of safety regulations on-site Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling, and working in various weather conditions Knowledge of respiratory protection requirements and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Experience with erosion control techniques and environmental protection practices Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for precise project execution Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Join our team today if you're ready to bring energy, precision, and dedication to impactful construction projects!
