Responsibilities and Duties The Lead Teacher manages all aspects of the classroom setting, including supervision, positive interactions, lesson planning, observation & developmental assessments, and interacting with families and co-workers. S/he works alongside a co-teacher in providing a positive early learning experience for young children.
