As a commercial construction Semi-Skilled laborer, you are an essential part of the construction industry. Your role involves various tasks related to the construction, renovation, or maintenance of commercial buildings. Semi- Skilled Laborer Duties include, but are not limited to: Participating in the physical construction process, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, composite clean-up and finishing work. May also be involved in the installation of fixtures, flooring, and other building components. Maintaining a clean and safe work zone Working closely with a team and other on-site workers, including construction supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors. Ability to manage your time efficiently, meet project deadlines, and coordinate your tasks with other workers to ensure smooth progress.

Qualifications:

Own & know how to use basic hand tools - such as a hammer, measuring tape, and tool belt. Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts Ability to lift approximately 35-40 lbs. Work within Federal, State and Local Regulations Strong attention to detail and safety protocols on construction sites Be able to legally work within the United States A successful drug screening & background will be required

Pay:
