Basic Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement is 18 years old. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is necessary. Candidates must be able to pass a background check. A minimum of 1 year of construction experience is required. Willingness to work on an afterhours/on-call/ rotation is expected. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years is mandatory. The work environment is subject to changes in temperature and weather conditions and may involve loud noises and hazardous areas such as confined crawl spaces and attics. Hazards encountered may include wastewater, mold, soot, smoke, and bio-hazard sites. Physical demands of the job require the ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and move heavy equipment and items while working in areas with loud noises and hazardous conditions.
