This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of construction while contributing to high-quality builds. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials, including drywall, stucco, tile, flooring, and cabinetry, ensuring precise placement according to project specifications. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as framing, trimming, caulking, plastering, and general carpentry work. Support the setup and operation of heavy equipment necessary for site preparation and material handling. Follow detailed construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute window installation, hardscaping projects, and other building tasks. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout each phase of construction. Prepare sites by clearing debris, leveling surfaces, and setting up scaffolding or ladders for access. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, outdoor work tasks, and material installation to meet project deadlines efficiently. Qualifications Prior construction experience with a strong understanding of building construction processes. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of construction management principles and ability to interpret technical drawings and plans. Experience with specific tasks such as window installation, drywall hanging, tile laying, flooring installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and hardscaping construction projects. Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high productivity levels. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors. Additional skills such as Bluebeam software familiarity, electrical or plumbing experience, or construction estimating are a plus but not required.
