You will work with an experienced Crew Leader on residential crawlspace repair, encapsulation, and moisture-control projects throughout the Wilmington area. Crawlspace experience is helpful but not required. We can train the right person who shows up, follows directions, works safely, and takes pride in doing the job correctly. What You Will Do Remove old insulation, debris, and damaged materials from crawlspaces Install vapor barriers, wall liners, foam board, insulation, drainage components, and dehumidifiers Assist trained crew members with crawlspace and structural repair work Use hand and power tools safely and care for company equipment Protect the customer's home and property and leave every job clean Follow the approved scope, Crew Leader instructions, and safety procedures Take job photos and help track materials and unfinished items Load, unload, organize, and maintain job materials and tools Work as part of a dependable, respectful crew What We Are Looking For Reliable attendance and willingness to work a full day Comfortable working in tight crawlspaces and performing physical field work Able to safely lift and carry construction materials, kneel, crawl, and work in changing temperatures Willing to learn and accept coaching Construction, insulation, waterproofing, restoration, pest control, landscaping, warehouse, or other hands-on experience is a plus Basic hand-tool skills and smartphone use are helpful Reliable transportation to report for work in the Wilmington area Valid driver's license is preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Must be able to meet all lawful pre-employment screening requirements What We Offer $18-$24 per hour, based on experience, reliability, and demonstrated ability Monday-Friday operating hours, normally 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Weekly pay every Friday; payroll closes Thursday On-the-job training in Crawlspace Maniac methods Opportunity to advance to Crew Leader and Field Operations Supervisor Stable, year-round work with a growing local company Crawlspace Maniac is an equal opportunity employer.
