This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates who are eager to break into the construction and demolition industry. As a general laborer, you'll assist with site cleanup, material removal, equipment handling, and direct support of skilled crew members on demolition projects across North and South Carolina. Learn more at www.4seasonsdemolition.com. Key Responsibilities Assist in demolition of buildings and structures according to safety and site specifications. Perform manual labor such as lifting, moving, and clearing debris from job sites. Operate hand tools and power tools (e.g., hammers, saws, drills) under supervision. Help set up and dismantle job sites, including safety signage and barricades. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing work areas regularly. Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations. Attend safety training sessions and follow all jobsite safety regulations. Support skilled tradespeople and assist wherever needed on site. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2+ years of experience in general labor, demolition, or construction is a plus. Must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time and work in all weather conditions. Familiarity with basic hand tools and small power tools. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Willingness to travel to job sites across NC and SC during the workweek. Must be able to pass a drug screening in compliance with company policy. Must have a clean background (must be able to access military/government job sites).
