Home remodels, additions, decks, pergolas, and other light new construction projects. We take extreme pride in quality work, reliability, and attention to detail. EXTREME! Job Description We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team as a General Construction Worker / Helper. This position involves assisting with various phases of residential construction and remodeling, including framing, demolition, trim work, decking, and general jobsite tasks. You'll work directly with the owner on a variety of projects, so flexibility and a good attitude are key. Responsibilities Assist with remodeling projects (demo, framing, drywall, flooring, trim, etc.) Help build decks, pergolas, and small structures Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site Operate basic hand and power tools safely Follow instructions and work independently when needed Occasionally drive to pick up materials or run errands Requirements 1+ year of construction experience preferred but not a must if you are eager to learn. At least be able to read a tape measure Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions Basic hand tool knowledge Good attitude, punctuality Substance use will not be tolerated Be clean and presentable (at least at the beginning of the day) Pay $17hr starting out, until I assess skill level. I know resumes are required, but I'd rather SEE what you can do. Pay could increase rapidly based on performance and reliability. You could be making $30hr within a week, depending Schedule Usually start around 9:30. Sometimes weather dependent. Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays if needed)
