Job Description
You do not need to have your GC License to apply for this position but must be able to perform the tasks of an onsite, Construction Worker. Please read responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of construction tasks, including carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, trim carpentry, hardscape, glass installation, plastering, and welding.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Fabricate and assemble structures and fixtures using hand and power tools.
- Manage and supervise a team of workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Contractor or in a similar role.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans.
- Strong knowledge and skills in carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, trim carpentry, hardscape, glass installation, plastering, and welding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Must have your own tools and reliable Transportation.
