Job Description

Tip-Out Crew Job Description The Tip-Out Crew Member is responsible for removing finished concrete pipe and precast products from molds, preparing forms for the next production cycle, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This position requires physical labor, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Remove cured concrete pipe and precast products from molds and forms. Assist with stripping, tipping, and handling concrete products using cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment. Clean, inspect, and prepare molds for the next production cycle. Perform patching, grinding, and minor repairs on concrete products as needed. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Assist with concrete finishing and quality control inspections. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Work with production teams to meet daily manufacturing schedules. Load and stage materials and equipment for production operations. Report damaged equipment, molds, or product defects to supervisors. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly. Frequent bending, stooping, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Ability to work around heavy equipment and moving machinery safely. Night Shift!

$20.00 per hour
