Summary This role oversees the sales, production, profitability, and regulatory compliance of a banking center, ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service.
Key duties include:
Leading and coaching the banking team to execute strategic initiatives and promote a positive work culture. Driving business development through proactive sales, client relationship management, and community engagement. Delivering exceptional client experiences and resolving issues promptly. Managing team recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and fostering teamwork. Ensuring compliance with banking regulations, risk management, and internal controls. Optimizing operational efficiency by monitoring metrics, controlling expenses, and partnering with operational teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; ability to perform essential duties; no specific licenses required. This position involves supervisory responsibilities, including hiring, training, evaluating staff, and addressing operational and personnel issues.
