Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman Laborer to assist with a variety of property improvement and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute across multiple projects including residential and light commercial jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with painting, flooring, trim work, drywall, demolition, and light carpentry Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools Support site clean-up and waste removal Perform basic repairs and general property maintenance Communicate clearly with team leads and follow directions Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
1+ year experience in construction or handyman work preferred Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Preferred:
Experience in painting, flooring,drywall, or trim work OSHA 10 or 30 certification Bilingual a plus
