Job Description

Locations:
Watford City & Williston, ND Roustabout Foreman Our Roustabout Foremen are responsible for leading crews in the field, coordinating daily work, maintaining safe work practices, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to Sentry ND standards.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and supervise roustabout crews in the field Coordinate daily tasks and communicate expectations with crew members Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly Assist with general oilfield construction, maintenance, and site work Complete and follow JSAs, safety procedures, and company policies Communicate job progress, issues, and needs with management
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience roustabout experience required Valid driver's license Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment Dependable, hardworking, and willing to take initiative Roustabout Laborer Roustabout Laborers assist with a variety of oilfield construction, maintenance, and general labor activities. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with oilfield construction and maintenance projects Perform general labor and site cleanup Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials Assist operators and experienced crew members Use hand and power tools safely Follow all safety procedures and jobsite requirements Maintain equipment and work areas Assist with rigging, material handling, and other field activities
Qualifications:
