We provide dependable, high-quality service in a customer-focused, fast-paced work environment. We offer hands-on work, new challenges, and opportunities to grow your skills and advance with the company. Responsibilities Operate snowplows to safely clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas. Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly when snow and ice removal is needed. Safely operate and maneuver snow-removal vehicles in changing weather conditions. Clear sidewalks, walkways, and building entrances using shovels, snowblowers, and other equipment. Apply salt and other de-icing materials to help prevent hazardous ice buildup. Inspect snow-removal equipment and perform routine maintenance to keep it operating properly. Maintain accurate records of hours worked, areas serviced, and materials used. Provide routine lawn and property maintenance using riding mowers, push mowers, weed trimmers, and leaf blowers. Safely connect, pull, and maneuver equipment trailers. Complete additional outdoor construction, groundskeeping, and property-maintenance tasks as needed. General construction skills Work changes with the seasons Preferred Qualifications Previous experience operating snowplows or similar equipment is preferred but not required. Experience with groundskeeping, lawn care, hardscaping, or related outdoor work is a plus. Ability to operate vehicles, power tools, and outdoor equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to safely connect and drive with a trailer. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Dependable, punctual, and prepared Physical stamina to perform hands-on work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
