We are looking for candidates with experience in concrete work. We stay busy and take pride in doing clean, solid work. Looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and fits in with a tight crew. Responsibilities Assisting with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform tasks such as forming. Prepare job sites with site prep (grading, digging, setting forms) Loading/unloading materials and general cleanup Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Dependable—shows up on time and ready to work Able to handle physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs. working outdoors, long days when needed) Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely is highly desirable. Reliable transportation around Omaha Valid drivers license to be able to drive a truck and trailer. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions. Willing to learn and take direction
