Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime as needed Omaha Drain is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is ready to contribute to a team specializing in drain, sewer, and excavation services. This is a hands-on position assisting our field crews with residential and commercial drain, sewer, and excavation projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, willing to learn, and comfortable performing physical labor in a variety of weather conditions. Construction or labor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities Assist field crews with drain, sewer, and excavation projects. Perform general construction labor, including digging, lifting, hauling, and site cleanup. Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials. Assist with job site preparation and restoration. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow instructions from crew leads and field supervisors. Follow all company safety procedures and proper equipment-handling practices. Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Represent Omaha Drain professionally while working at customer properties. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and ready to work. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors. Comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to follow directions and work well with a team. Valid driver's license preferred. Previous construction, plumbing, excavation, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus. Must be able to pass any applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
