In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on work will support skilled tradespeople and contribute directly to building durable structures, from residential renovations to commercial developments. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving supplies, equipment, and debris safely Operate hand tools and power tools to support carpentry, masonry, drywall installation, and other trades Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Qualifications Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related labor role is highly preferred Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete pumping machinery Experience with heavy lifting, roofing, stucco application, flooring installation, tile laying, drywall work, caulking, plastering, restoration or renovation projects is a plus but not required Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols Ability to work effectively in team environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us in building excellence!
