Lincoln, NE Job Details Per diem 1 day ago Benefits Dental insurance Vision insurance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Demolition Laborer (Experienced) Based out of Lincoln, NE. Travel Required. Per diem is only provided for roles that require travel outside of Lincoln for two or more consecutive days. If you reside outside of the area and are seeking travel compensation for commuting, please note that this role does not qualify for per diem. CL Construction is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Demolition Laborer to join our demolition division. This role involves supporting both structural and interior demolition projects through hands-on labor, debris removal, and operation of small heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in demolition environments, operating equipment, using demolition tools, and maintaining a strong commitment to jobsite safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Operate small heavy equipment to move and manage demolition debris. Assist with interior demolition work including removal of walls, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, and other building materials. Safely use demolition hand and power tools such as jackhammers, concrete saws, rotary hammers, pry bars, sawzalls, and other demolition equipment. Perform general site cleanup and ensure work areas remain organized and free of hazards. Assist with manual labor tasks including lifting, loading, sorting, and material handling. Follow all safety protocols and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Support crews with daily demolition activities and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid Driver's License. Previous experience operating small heavy equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, or similar machinery) preferred. Prior demolition or construction labor experience preferred. Experience using demolition hand tools and power tools preferred. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and procedures. Reliable transportation to and from the job site. Strong work ethic and teamwork skills. Ability to arrive on time and complete scheduled shifts. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
