General Construction Laborers Location:

Lincoln, NE & Surrounding Areas Job Type:

Full-Time We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join a growing construction team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being outdoors, and wants to build their skills in the construction industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with general construction projects Use basic hand and power tools Load, unload, and move materials Assist with site preparation and cleanup Perform digging, trenching, and other general labor Assist equipment operators and other crew members Follow jobsite safety procedures Work outdoors in different weather conditions

What We're Looking For:

Construction experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Able to lift 50+ lbs. Reliable transportation Dependable and willing to learn Comfortable working as part of a crew Willing to work overtime when needed Great opportunity for someone looking to get into construction and learn a trade while working with an experienced crew.
