Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and travel requirements Position Summary A heavy civil construction team is looking for motivated and hardworking General Laborers to support bridge and infrastructure projects throughout the region. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, outdoor environments, and being part of a crew that builds critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Assist carpenters, operators, and foremen with daily bridge construction activities Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment around the job site Perform site cleanup and maintain organized, safe work areas Assist with concrete pours, demolition, grading, and material placement Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Follow all safety policies and job site procedures Work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments Qualifications Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced environments Willingness to travel for projects as needed Benefits Competitive wages with advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan options Paid holidays and time off Per diem and travel accommodations for qualifying projects On-the-job training and skill development opportunities #HSS1

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
